VMs with Pre-Existing Snapshots Cannot be Protected

Issue

On the JetStream DR VM protection screen, VMs with snapshots will be greyed out and cannot be selected for inclusion on the list of VMs for protection.

Solution

To add protection to a VM with an existing snapshot:

1. Delete all snapshots of it using the VMware Snapshot Manager.

2. Return to the protection screen and it should now be possible to add the VM to the protection list.
