Unable to View Output from CPT

Issue

The JetStream Capacity Planning Tool (CPT) GUI version may display the following error when attempting to view output on screen.

Solution

This problem is caused because popup windows are being blocked for the website (which is how CPT output results are displayed).

Allow popup windows in the browser you are using to operate the CPT GUI version.

This problem is limited only to the CPT GUI version when you attempt to view output results on screen. It does not affect the integrity of the reported data and it does not affect the operation of CPT operated from the command line.
