Configure Cluster Shows CIM Error

Issue
When configuring a cluster, a CIM error may occur on ESXi hosts.
Solution
Validate if CIM service is running on the ESXi hosts. If yes, then validate the naming conventions used.
The labels must follow the rules for ARPANET host names. They must start with a letter, end with a letter or digit, and interior characters can only use letters, digits, or hyphens. There are also some restrictions on total length. Labels must be 63 characters or less.
