  • The storage policy will not be automatically detached, requiring the user to manually delete old snapshots and remove the cancelled protection (which can be done through the user interface).

Unable to un-protect the VM if a snapshot exists.

Users have to Manually Delete the old snapshot, un-protect the VM and re-protect it to fix the issue.
