Problem
In the task log, the Failover task

- In this circumstance, we are unable to perform a Failback, and we are unable to see the VMs in both (primary and recovery vCenter).

The VMs at both the primary and recovery vCenters may not be visible.

Solution
The problem can be caused if the wrong network was specified in the "Recovery VA." menu at the time of failover .
Resolution: Restart the Failover process from recover vCenter JetDR and specify the right network name in the "Recovery VA" menu.

It is important that we give accurate network information.
For the following (Recovery VA), we must specify the network name.

To resolve the issue:
Restart the failover process from the recovery side vCenter.
