While deploying MSA and registering vCenter server, there might be registration failure.

This could happen if there is any communication problem between MSA and vCenter server

  1. Validate if ping test works between MSA and vCenter server

  2. Verify DNS

Above steps should help resolve the problem if not then checking logs for further review will help.
