Problem

Failed to get session ID issue may be encountered with any of the run command

This Issue could occur when a invalid MSA credentials/ip or Port 443 blocked.

Solution

Make sure to provide correct MSA credentials and IP address.

The TCP port 443 is should be open from AVS Run Command systems to the JetStream MSA.

If it is blocked please unblock this port to resolve the issue.

Review port requirements for JetStream DR software.
