This will assist in collecting support logs from the JetDR appliance to troubleshoot.

vCenter server and MSA logs are needed to investigate any JetDR software related issues.

  1. vCenter server logs

Please refer below articles on how to collect vCenter server logs.

2. MSA Logs

  • Access MSA appliance using browser

  • MSA will show registered vCenter server details.

  • Select “ Click here “ tab under collect MS support logs

  • After successfully generating the MS support logs, it will give option to download.

  • Select download option to save the logs.

There is a CLI method to collect MS support logs.

  • Please login to MSA appliance console

  • Run the command “ jetdr --ms --support “

  • Please upload the logs to support.
