Solution

This issue can occur with invalid MSA credentials/ip IP or if Port 443 is blocked.

Solution

Make sure to provide correct MSA credentials and IP address.

The TCP port 443 is should be open from AVS Run Command systems to the JetStream MSA.

  • If it is blocked please unblock this port to resolve the issue.

Note

AVS run command systems must be able to access the JetStream MSA.
