This could happen if task is manually cancelled or incase of failover being interrupted due to external reasons like network error etc.

“Failover” is typically used in response to a disaster event where resources should be deployed to the recovery site and VMs recovered immediately.

Cause

This may be an ownership problem caused by the protected domain currently being used by the other site.

  • Be sure to validate the primary and recovery sites to fully understand their configuration and ensure no conflicts exist.
