This issue can occur if This Issue could occur when a invalid MSA credentials/ip or Port 443 blocked.

Solution

Make sure to provide correct MSA credentials and IP address.

The TCP port 443 is blocked. It is needed to connect should be open from AVS Run Command systems to the JetStream MSA.

  • Check and If it is blocked please unblock this port to resolve the issue.
