Alarm

Reverting a snapshot on a protected VM triggers the “VM protection cancelled" alarm.

This issue should not occur in JetStream DR version 4.2.x and later.

Resolution

If VM protection is cancelled when reverting a snapshot, do the following:

  1. Stop VM protection.

  2. Execute a snapshot revert.

  3. Start VM protection.
