\uD83E\uDD14 Problem
DRVA connectivity issues may be encountered:
Replication has stopped.
A “Connection Error” message appears for JetStream DR appliances.
\uD83C\uDF31 Solution
The DRVA could loose connection for multiple reasons. Check the following:
Verify if DRVA is powered on or in a boot loop.
Validate network connectivity of the DRVA virtual machine.
If the issue persists, check the logs then engage JetStream Support.
SSH to the DRVA virtual machine.
Navigate to:
cd /var/log/journal/XX/system.journal
tail DRVA log:
journalctl -p7 -tDRVA -f
If the DRVA has crashed, the core dump can be found at
/tmp/core-XX
After collecting the logs, contact JetStream Support.
