A socket error may be encountered while creating the replication log on local or shared storage.

Check the jounal log for any error messages.
If any errors related to JetStream DR or the journal are detected, it is likely there is mis-match of the storage initiator/target configuration.
Check the configuration of all hosts to ensure they are accurate and consistent.
If using shared storage, this issue may be caused the the misconfiguation of a single host. Be sure to check all attached hosts and fix any problems discovered.
