Problem

This issue may be encountered when installing the JetStream DR software through the run command:

Install-JetDRWithStaticIP

Solution

This issue can occur if TCP port 443 is blocked. It is needed to connect AVS Run Command systems to the JetStream MSA.

  • Check and unblock this port to resolve the issue.

Review port requirements for JetStream DR software.
