When installing IO/Filter (VIB) on ESXi hosts, the following error may be encountered:
This error can be caused by an ESXi version incompatibility. After upgrading to a compatible version, the following error should not appear.

6.5 >= P06
6.7 >= P03
All 7.0 < U3c (but ECC signing will take care of U3c/d)

ESXI version 6.5 and 6.7 stand absolute, Jetstream no longer supports signing IOF for these versions.
