Gathering the MSA support bundle via the command line interface (CLI) should be performed exclusively when the MSA web UI is accessible, with JetStream support discretion

The CLI method to collect MS support logs.

  • Please login to the MSA appliance console or an SSH session (putty)

  • Execute the command “jetdr ms --support”

  • The logs can be accessed from the directory “/var/lib/vme2/sub/” or can be downloaded by using the HTTP link shown after executing the above command.

  • Please upload the logs to support.
