Problem
During the execution of the AVS command, an error might arise, indicating “failure to get session ID”, there won't be any progress reported even after multiple retries.
This Issue could occur when a invalid MSA credentials/IP or Port 443 blocked.
Solution
Make sure to provide correct MSA credentials and IP address.
The TCP port 443 should be open from AVS Run Command systems to communicate with JetStream MSA.
If it is blocked please unblock this port to resolve the issue.
