vCenter server and MSA logs are needed to investigate any JetDR software related issues.

2. MSA Logs
Access MSA appliance using browser
MSA will show registered vCenter server details.
Select “ Click here “ tab under collect MS support logs
After successfully generating the MS support logs, it will give option to download.
Select download option to save the logs.
There is a CLI method to collect MS support logs.
Please login to MSA appliance console and go to /home folder
Run the java command on the MS console from /home directory
java -jar jetdrTools.jar <VC_hostname> <VC_Web-Client_Username> <VC_password>
Please upload the new jetdr-logs.tar.gz to support team.
