Solution
Do the the following to resolve the issue:
Attempt a storage re-scan on all hosts from the storage adapters, then try adding the replication log again through the MSA GUI.
If the issue persists, check the journal log for any error messages.

To find the journal entries from DRVA →journalctl -p7 | tail -n 30

If any errors related to JetStream DR or the journal are detected, it is likely there is mis-match mismatch of the storage initiator/target configuration.
Check the configuration of all hosts to ensure they are accurate and consistent.
