Issue
While installing JetStream DR software through using the AVS run command :Install-JetDRWithStaticIP

, the error message “failure to get session ID” may appear without any progress being reported even after multiple retries.

Solution
This issue can occur if TCP port with invalid MSA credentials/IP or if Port 443 is blocked. It is needed to connect AVS Run Command systems to the JetStream MSA.
Check and if necessary, unblock this TCP port 443 to resolve the issue.
