Cmdlet run command failure can happen when if the user does not have enough privilegesthe correct privileges to perform the task.

Log in to the AVS private cloud

with the affected user account and validate correct privileges have been assigned

Verify if

the contributor privilege exists for the user.
If not, temporarily assign contributor privilege to the user account which will grant complete access on the private cloud.

Follow below step to activate contributor privileges.
