• The protected domain shutdown at the primary site does not complete properly during a Planned or Regular Failover.

• Manually terminating an ongoing Continuous Failover (CFO) task could lead to this alert.

• Failure to take ownership of the protected domain.

• The process of rehydrating VM data from the object store got interrupted.
