Issue
While installing JetStream DR software using the AVS run command Install-JetDRWithStaticIP
, the error message “failure to get session ID” may appear without any progress being reported even after multiple retries.
Solution
This issue can occur with invalid MSA credentials/IP or if Port 443 is blocked.
Check and if necessary, unblock TCP port 443 to resolve the issue.
