Please login Login to the MSA appliance console or use an SSH session (puttyPuTTY).
Execute the command “:
jetdr ms --support”The logs Logs can be accessed from the directory “
/var/lib/vme2/sub/” or they can be downloaded by using the HTTP link shown after executing the above command.Please upload Upload the logs to JetStream support.
