Solution
This error can be caused if there is any a communication problem exists between the MSA and vCenter server. Perform the following to troubleshoot:
Validate if a ping test works between the MSA and vCenter server.
Verify the DNS.
If the problem cannot be detected from determined using the above steps, download and review the support log files.
