vCenter server and MSA logs are needed to investigate any JetDR software related issues.

  1. vCenter server logs

2. MSA Logs

  • Login to MSA appliance using web browser

  • MSA will show registered vCenter server details.

  • Select “ Click here “ tab under collect MS support logs

  • After successfully generating the MS support logs, it will give option to download.

  • Select download option to save the logs.

The CLI method to collect MS support logs.

  • Please login to the MSA appliance console

  • or an SSH session (putty)

  • Execute the command “jetdr ms --support

  • The logs can be accessed from the directory /var/lib/vme2/sub/” or can be downloaded by using the HTTP link shown after executing the above command.

  • Please upload the logs to support.
