Cmdlet run command failure can happen when user does not have enough privileges.
Login to AVS private cloud using the user account and validate assigned privileges
Verify if contributor privileges exist if not we need to assign temporarily contributor privilege which grants all access on the private cloud.
Follow below step Steps to activate contributor privileges.
