This alert indicates the failure of the Protected Domain Recovery operation (Failover, Failback, or Restore). JetStream Task log will also report this failure

(blue star) Solution

Describe how someone would solve the problem in a short, step-by-step guide:

  1. Review the task logs in the Jetstream UI to identify the cause of the failure.

  2. Ensure there are no network communication issues with the ObjectStore.

  3. Confirm that all JetDR appliances/components are operating in a healthy state.

  4. If the cause of the failure cannot be determined, contact JetStream Support for further analysis.

Note: Once any identified issue is resolved, restart the Protected Domain Recovery operation.
