Problem

If the JetStream DR plugin does not appear in the vCenter server after successfully installing JetStream DR software, the following error may be encountered when checking the plugin client or while attempting to enable the plugin.

Solution

This situation can typically occur if there is any issue with DNS.

Verify the vCenter server IP and FQDN are registered with the MSA are they are reachable by the MSA.

Register the IP and FQDN in separate steps to identify and isolate potential DNS issues.
